Catch 22 * Catch 22 ad nauseam

Sometimes life puts you in situations where you can go two ways and you get screwed over no matter which way you go. And then there are other times when each path leads to another Catch 22. At that point one wonders if its all even worth it. You wish there was a rewind button... or even an erase button so you could wipe it all out. But there isn't one. Its very tempting to slide into that trap where you judge yourself on hindsight and that's a slippery slope. Someone I care about once said that "Hindsight is 20-20" and she was right. You make the best decision at the time keeping in mind what you know and that is all anyone should expect from you. There is no point in weeping over the past. The only thing that lies ahead is the future and you should look towards it, even if you know that another Catch 22 lies at the next step.
